So Amazin: Craft Monroe- "FWYS"

New Jersey rapper Craft Monroe is celebrating the five-day countdown until the release of his debut mixtape, Bluntside God, by releasing a third single. With his first two singles "Been That Way" and "Main Thing" already doing numbers, the Bluntside God returns today with "FWYS" (F*ck What You Sayin).

Seems like Craft is tired of hearing people's two cents. Sounding more confident and focused than ever, he hopped on the Menace produced track to express how he really feels about any talk that might distract him.

"Fuck what you saying/ I need it, I get it, got no time for playing," he raps on the intro and the chorus.

"FWYS" was engineered and mixed by Shy Boogs in The Gallery Room at So Amazin Studios.

The third single off the "Bluntside God" album dropping on June 15th.

New Sounds: Tory Lanez- "Luv"

Tory Lanez is back with another Fargo Friday- his weekly releases. This Fargo Friday is a little bit more special however, as he not only confirmed the title of his debut album, I Told You, but also released the project's second single "Luv."

The Toronto native channels his inner Tanto Metro and Devante, as he uses the duo's hit "Everyone Falls In Love" for inspiration the single's chorus. Over the Benny Blanco and Cashmere Cat produced track Tory finds himself accidentally catching feelings for a girl

"Oops I done fell so deep baby/ Opps I want you for me baby/ Oops I want you for me baby/ Oops I done fell so deep"

His album is already looking like it's going to be a solid project.

New Visuals: French Montana Feat. Kodak Black- "Lockjaw"

French Montana recently announced that his sophomore album MC4 is set to be released on August 19th. With the project's lead single "Figure It Out" featuring Nas and Kanye West already doing numbers, French has decided to start pushing "Lockjaw" featuring Kodak Black. The track isn't new however, as it was already part of French's last mixtape, Wave Gods. Still, the Coke Boyz CEO has chosen to include it in MC4 and so gave it visual treatment to create further anticipation.

What happens when Kodak Black and French Montana head to Port Au Prince, Haiti and then travel back up to Broward County, Florida? A pretty cool video apparently. While Kodak Black is doing most of rapping in the song, him and French get equal camera time. Watch it below.

New Sounds: Lil Wayne- "Off Off Off"

The Golden State Warriors have definitely not made it easy for the Cleveland Cavaliers to win or even catch up. Sensing that LeBron and the rest of the team may have needed some motivation, Lil Wayne hopped on a Ben Billions produced track to pay the whole team a tribute, which he titled "Off Off Off." Maybe some new warm up music is just what the Cavs need to get back on their "A" game.

I wonder if any rapper will release a Warriors tribute.

Could Troy Ave's New Mixtape Land Him In More Trouble?

Last month, a T.I concert at Irving Plaza in NYC ended early and in chaos after shots were fired inside the venue. Initial reports on the incident claimed that rapper Troy Ave was among the audience and had been shot. However, Troy wasn't able to play the victim card for long. Just a day after the incident, surveillance footage was released to the public which showed Troy Ave as the gunman, not solely the victim. Upon the released footage the Brooklyn rapper was arrested for attempted murder and criminal possession of a firearm. Troy pled not guilty and is being held without bail until his trial.

As he awaits his trial, Troy released a mixtape titled Free Troy Ave, where he addresses the deadly shooting. While Troy used the mixtape to continue proclaiming his innocence he may have said a couple lines that could possibly be used against him at trial. Lyrics like "Pussy n*gga tried to assassinate me/ I took the gun, and turned the tables around like a G/ R.I.P my n*gga, B-A-N-G,"could possibly be questioned and used as evidence during his trial.

Many are opposed of using lyrics as evidence in a trial, as they believe that lyrics are solely artistic expressions and should be protected by the First Amendment as such. However, lyrics have previously been used in trials and served as major evidence.

DJ Khaled And Ray Liotta Get Mani-Pedis In New Apple Music Commercial

Apple Music has entrusted DJ Khaled as their spokesman. A few days ago, Apple released their first commercial since recruiting the holder of all major keys. The commercial showed DJ Khaled cruising down the highway with model Naomi Campbell and even sharing a kiss with her. Just days later, Apple unveiled their second Khaled commercial. This time, the We The Best CEO joins Ray Liotta for some mani-pedis at the nail salon.

New Visuals: Vic Mensa- "There's A lot Going On"

Vic Mensa’s 7-track EP There’s A lot Going On dropped last Friday. Today, he’s unveiled the video for the tittle track. The video finds a shirtless Mensa in front of a light grey backdrop, with content-relevant images flying across the screen every few lines. From drug issues to sucidal thoughts and stress caused by label meetings, Mensa vents about it all. The simple-yet creative- video was directed by Mensa alongside Jake Osmun.

So Amazin: Sonnik- "Touch My Soul"

Last year, up and coming rapper Sonnik released his debut mixtape Rebirth. Now, the New Jersey native is currently working on both an EP and a followup mixtape. While Sonnik still hasn't picked a title for the mixtape, the EP is set to be titled smokeNword. Neither projects have a release date as of yet, but hopefully we get word on a release date soon. With two projects underway and  performances lined up for this summer, Sonnik is going to be busy in and out of the studio.

In his latest single, "Touch My Soul," Sonnik finds himself constantly going back and thinking about a girl he knows he's better off without. Despite being surrounded by new girls and admitting he's also done some wrong in their relationship, Sonnik can't seem to shake away the feelings and thoughts of his last girl. A catchy hiphop heartbreak song that isn't difficult to relate to. "We both did some fuck shit/ We both so disgusted/ We put so much of us in this shit, we gotta discuss it"

"Touch My Soul" was engineered and mixed by Keylow in The Red Room at So Amazin Studios. Make sure to follow Sonnik on SoundCloud, Twitter and Instagram (@kingleo_sonnik) to keep up with all his newest music.

New Sounds: Drake- "4PM In Calabasas"

As if two new songs weren't enough, Drake closed out the last OVO Sound Radio episode with a third premiere, "4PM In Calabasas." The single follows "4AM In Dallas," "5AM In Toronto," and "6PM In New York." Dizzy finds himself feeling unstoppable and credits it partly due to the advice his parents have shared with him. He even went on to mention a life lesson his father once taught him, "Mike never tried to rap like Pac, Pac never tried to sing like Mike/ Those my dad's words to me when I asked him how to make it in life."

Does "4PM In Calabasas" steal the spotlight from the other two tracks Drake released last night?

New Sounds: Justin Bieber- "One Dance" (Remix)

Ever since videos of Justin Bieber performing a remix to" One Dance" surfaced, fans have been waiting for the official release. Last night, the remix was premiere on OVO Sound Radio.

Justin offered a much more pop rendition of the summery track. "One Dance," which is Drake's first No.1 single, is sure to become even bigger after Biebs' remix. While the remix is just short of two minutes long, there's two things we learned from it. First, while Drake initially aims for "grips on your waist," Justin is the type to go straight for "lips on your neck." As for liquor preferences, Bieber would trade in the Hennessy for tequila- Don Julio 1942 to be exact.

The official release wasn't a complete surprise, as Justin hinted toward it to his 82.5 million Twitter followers.

Which version will you keep in rotation?

New Sounds: Drake Feat. Gucci Mane- "Back On Road

Having been released from jail just last week, Gucci Mane seems to be wasting no time with studio sessions. Just a few days after releasing his own track, "First Day Out Tha Feds," and also appearing on Kanye's "Champions" off the upcoming Cruel Summer, the Brick Squad leader now appears on "Back On Road" with Drake. The collab was premiered during the latest episode of OVO Sound Radio, and was the first of three new Drake tracks premiered that night. "Back On Road" was produced by Murda Beatz, the producer responsible for "With You" off of Drake's latest album, Views.

Listen to the collab below. Should the 6 god and Mr. Zone 6 cook up some more?

New Sounds: Kanye West Feat. Travis Scott, Quavo, Big Sean, Yo Gotti, Gucci, 2 Chainz and Desiigner -"Champions" (Round & Round)

It's been three years since G.O.O.D Music's first compilation album Cruel Summer came out, and the anticipation for the follow up has been sky rocketing ever since. Looks like Kanye and the rest of G.O.O.D Music are finally ready to put fans at ease with the first single, "Champions," from the upcoming Cruel Winter. Kanye West tapped on just about every G.O.O.D Music signee, both seniors and newcomers, for the single. The almost six-minute track includes verses from Kanye, Travis Scott, Big Sean, 2 Chainz as well as newcomers Yo Gotti and Desiigner, and a "guest" feature from Gucci Mane. With a lineup like that, we don't even need to listen to the song to know it's good (pun intended).

The song is new to us, but it seems like the songs been through some back and forth over the past few years.

New Sounds: Papoose- "All The Way Up" (Freestyle)

It seems like we're getting a new "All The Way Up" freestyle or remix every other day. New York rapper Papoose is the latest to add his freestyle in the mix. Papoose has been off the radar for a while, but what better way for him to get back than freestyling over the instrumental of the latest NYC anthem? Especially since his wife, Remy Ma, killed her verse on the original.

Who had the better verse?

So Amazin: Fetty Wap- "Queen Of The Zoo"

Today's been one of those days where as soon as you're done listening to a new song, a new release hits it the internet. Fetty Wap is the latest artist to give us new music, with not one but two releases. Back in April, the "Again" crooner turned to his SoundCloud to release three new tracks, "Westside," "Queen of the Zoo" and "My Environment." However, "Westside" and "Queen of the Zoo" were removed shortly after. Today, the "Trap Queen" crooner has released the official versions of "Westside" which features Snoop Dogg and "Queen of the Zoo" via iTunes/Spotify.

It makes sense that Fetty recruited Snoop Dogg for "Westside," which finds them in love with Westside shorties. Despite the title, the track was produced by ATL's own London On Da Track.

For his second release, Fetty gave us another gangsta love song, "Queen of the Zoo". The song reflects the "Trap Queen" theme but its vibe is more reflective of "Rewind" or "D.A.M."

"So beautiful, and I ain't never seen nobody like you/ If I get the chance to put a ring on it, Imma wife you," he sings about the girl. Whether he's referring to the same girl as the one from "Trap Queen" is unclear. The song is set to be included in Fetty Wap's sophomore album.

"Queen of the Zoo" was produced by Yung Lan and co-produced by So Amazin's Shy Boogs. The single was recorded and mixed by Peoples in The Gallery Room at So Amazin Studios.

New Sounds: DJ Khaled Feat Drake- "For Free"

Update: the Drake vocals are finally in. The highly anticipated vocals can be heard on "For Free," the first single from DJ Khaled's ninth studio album Major Key. Produced by Nineteen85 and Jordan Ullman of Majid Jordan. The 6 God hops on the track to boast about his manhood and reflect on all the the girls he let in too quick. "And like ya boy from Compton said, you know this d*ck ain't free/ I got girls that I shoulda made pay for it/ I got girls that I shoulda made wait for". As for DJ Khaled, he decided to be the one to close out the song, with some wise words of course. "They don't want me to have another anthem/ So i made sure I had another anthem/ It's We The Best, OVO/ Summer's ours," the key holder exclaimed.

This isn't the first tim that DJ Khaled recruits Drizzy. During an interview on Beats 1 Radio with Zane Lowe, the We The Best Mogul said,

"When Drake and Khaled come together, it's always the biggest anthems."

Khaled isn't lying; he and Drake have already cooked up two big songs, "I'm On One" and "No New Friends". Will "For Free" be on everyone's summer playlist?

Freebandz Rappers Diss Desiigner

The rise of Desiigner has brought with it some controversy, as many believe that he blatantly stole Future's swag. The craziest part, however, is that Desiigner's "Panda" has gone platinum, snatched the No.1 spot on Billboard Hot 100 and got sampled in "Father Stretch My Hands Part 2"  on Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo. Furthermore, the 19-year-old also became the last signee of GOOD Music. As happy as we want to be for Desiigner, it's difficult to ignore the fact that Future has been in the game way longer than Desiigner has but has yet to even score a No.1 hit of his own. However, Desiigner is the first New York rapper to land a No.1 spot in over a decade so...how many can we really be?

While the Freebandz head honcho has remained silent on the Brooklyn-soundalike, the same can't be said about his labelmates. While Panda has received the remix/freestyle treatment from a handful of rappers, Freebandz's own Lil Donald is the latest to share his freestyle, titled "F@#% Panda."

Doe Boy, another Freebandz single, also expressed his feelings about Desiigner.

How do you feel about Desiigner's quick success?

YG Announces Upcoming Album Details

Looks like YG fans won't have to wait much longer. Last night, the Compton rapper turned to Twitter to share the release date, artwork and new title of his upcoming sophomore album. The My Krazy Life followup was initially supposed to be titled Still Krazy, however, YG pulled a Kanye move and decided on a last minute change. Now titled Still Brazy, the album will drop on June 17th. Due to the success of My Krazy Life, the bars are high for Still Brazy.

New Sounds: Young Greatness- "Ball"

Young Greatness is still making noise from his previous single "Moolah", which has found a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for seven consecutive weeks. "Moolah" recently received the remix treatment from Young Thug, Gunplay, and Yo Gotti and Lil Wayne. Wanting to keep the momentum high, Young Greatness is back with another single, "Ball", produced by MarliBeatz. While "Moolah" took us through Young Greatness' less than ideal childhood, the New Orleans rapper decided to flex on "Ball". Looks like Young Greatness has experienced a positive shift in his life.

New Sounds: Chevy Woods - "All The Way Up" (Freestyle)

It's safe to say that Fat Joe and Remy Ma's "All The Way Up" is this year's New York anthem. The track has already been laced with verses from Meek, Jadakiss, Fabulous and Jay-Z on different remixes/freestyles. Taylor Gang rapper Chevy Woods is the latest to release his take on the Cool & Dre and Edsclusive produced track. Did he top the other "All The Way Up" freestyles/remixes?
